Its former owner, Oliver St. John Gogarty, through his literary fame attracted many distinguished guests such as William Butler Yeats, Augustus John Winston Churchill. Renvyle House is unique on the West Coast by virtue of the number of facilities which we offer on site, free, to our guests including Golf, Hill Walking, Swimming Pool, All Weather Tennis Courts, Trout Fishing, Cycling, Croquet, Boating and Lawn Bowls. we also have our own riding stables on the grounds of the hotel.
