Following the political situation in Lhasa, Tibet this week, Starwood Hotels & Resorts reports that its hotel in Lhasa: Four Points by Sheraton Lhasa, Tibet has taken all necessary security precautions and assisted guests with arrangements of transport to the airport or train station for departure from Lhasa. All guests at the hotel have checked out as of yesterday March 15th, 2008. Hotel associates are also advised to stay in the hotel or in their dormitories for safety reasons.
