Dear Tour Operator Partner
Today the construction company working on the condominium project next door to Bougainvillea has informed us that their projected hours and days of work for the next 6 weeks are 9.00a:m 4.30p:m, Monday through Saturday. They have also advised that there will be drilling during this time. After they have completed this part of the project the noise level should lessen to some degree. Please understand that we are passing on to you the information as and when we receive it. We are hopeful that they will stick to this schedule, however any deviation is entirely out of our control.
In our efforts to address this, our offer is - any guests staying with us who are affected by the construction, will be offered a US$112.00 per room, per week credit. This can be used towards any incidental charges during their stay. Please note that this credit is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other. The full amount must be utilized during their current stay. Since most of our rooms are unaffected and it is not possible to know in advance which guests will be accommodated in rooms impacted by the construction, we will treat this on a case-by-case basis. The credit will be applied locally thereby not affecting your payment to us.
