| The Baoshan Hotel is located in the heart of town. It is only 3.75 miles from the airport and 3.75 miles from the railway station. Although only a three stars hotel, there are a few services provided here that recommend the hotel, including a meeting service for guests at the airport and the Bavaria Beer Bar that serves the most authentic German beer in the city. There are a total of 138 rooms in the hotel, either doubles, triples or suites, and all are equipped with colour TV, IDD telephones, and attached showers. Services within the hotel include a business center,a ticket agency , a small shopping arcade and a billiards room. There is a Western restaurant , that attempts European and American food, and a Chinese restaurant that serves authentic Yunnan specialties.
