One of Dublin's most popular attractions is the National Gallery of Ireland, with works by Irish, British and continental European artists ranging from the Medieval to the Modern period. The Irish Museum of Modern Art has excellent exhibitions of contemporary Irish and international art. Trinity College is a city-center university that houses the world-famous Book of Kells. The impressive National Museum is located on two sites, one in Kildare Street, the other along the Liffey Quays in a converted army barracks. Dublin's best shopping districts are the Grafton Street and Henry Street areas. The Temple Bar district is best for cultural attractions such as cinemas and galleries as well as trendy shops and good cafes.
