Check-in Instructions:
Identification in the form of a photo ID, driving license or a passport will be required at check-in.
Office opening hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 09:00 to 21:00
Saturday: 10:00 to 19:00
Sunday: 11:00 to 17:00
For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made. Please contact the apartments in advance for further information. Please also note that bank holidays operate on Sunday hours.
When booking, please provide an estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box.
Group Bookings Policy:
Reservations for 5 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. This also applies to bookings made on separate occasions by the same guest.

Our apartments boast oversized windows, taking up a lot of wall space to allow natural daylight to flow in, oak-stripped wooden floors, state of the art kitchens and warm, comfortable living rooms provide you with the facilities and ambience you can relax in, to escape the stresses of everyday life. We pride ourselves on our two bedroom penthouses with private roof gardens that provide panoramic views of manchester’s beautiful skyline. Parking must be booked prior to arrival at a cost of £5 per car. Evening meals can be delivered from a nearby restaurant at extra cost.
