When do you want to stay at Regents Park Residence

These are general hotel policies for Regents Park Residence. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description.

To check in, receive keys and pay for the stay, go to the office on the ground floor at:

NW1 0AP

Please notice that your apartment is at different address; see detailed information for each room type. Check-in after 21:00 will be at an additional cost.

Please telephone the local office at least one hour before your arrival (using the contact number provided in your booking confirmation). If you do not do this, you may have to wait much longer to check in.
Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged.

Payment Information:
You must provide ID (passport, driving license or national ID card) at
check-in. A security deposit will be required.

Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised direct to guests by the hotel.
