Alderman Apartments will email you check-in instructions and information needed for your arrival. Print the check-in instructions and bring them with you. If the instructions are not received within 24 hours of the booking, please call the number on your booking confirmation.

The card details used to make the booking will be held as a guarantee against any loss, damage or other services used during your stay.

Please note that these apartments are located in a residential building, therefore parties are not permitted and loud noise will not be tolerated. Guests may be requested to vacate the apartment if these rules are not observed.

The extra beds provided are sofa beds. Any type of extra bed, baby cot or high chair are upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Breakfast pack available on request, costing GBP 15.00. Please book at least 24 hours prior to arrival directly with hotel. Includes;
- 1litre semi-skimmed milk.
- 1litre orange juice.
- 1 variety pack Kelloggs cereals.
- 4 croissants.
- Butter 250 grams.
- 1 jar of marmalade.
- 1 loaf of white bread.
